Welcome to the Arizona Multihousing Association Website
The Arizona Multihousing Association is the trade association for Arizona's apartment and rental housing industry. Our members are developers, owners, and managers of apartments or other rental housing. Our Associate members are vendors of products and services to the rental housing industry.
The AMA is proud to partner with SCF Arizona to offer our members the chance to save on their workers compensation insurance. Qualifying participants in our program are eligible to receive “bonus” dividends on top of the dividend they earn from SCF. Historically, AMA Safety Program participants have earned an additional 40-50% of their individual dividend for participating in the AMA Association Safety Program. Additionally, starting in January, a company will need to be participating in an Association Safety Program to receive the 10% deviation on their rate. All of this can add up to large savings to our members.
