The Independent Rental Owners Council is a member-drive group within the Arizona Multihousing Association whose purpose is to educate, support and encourage the small property investor.

Through monthly meetings and group networking, the Council offers information and resources for the efficient, profitable and successful operation and management of our members' rental investment property.

To provide you, the independent real estate investor, with the information to succeed, the Arizona Multihousing Association created IROC. IROC supports individual investors who generally derive their primary income from other sources and are not real estate professionals. For this reason, IROC understands your unique needs.

As a member of IROC you belong to AMA, a statewide trade association that supports the apartment industry in Arizona and is an affiliate of the National Apartment Association (NAA).
