Project Safe

In 2002 property managers needed a program that would take their community to the next level of community outreach. The AMA utilized its visibility with the community and formed Project SAFE.

Hundreds of statewide managers and their teams have enjoyed Project SAFE resident events because of the reliability of speaker knowledge and access to information. Topics range from ID Theft to Personal and Fire Safety. Some properties have begun to branch out and cater to their additional residents such as pets and children which has made a huge impact on resident loyalty.

Because Project SAFE focuses on the education of the resident and the philosophy of the family unit, these events have always been very popular but with the ever changing policies being introduced they are becoming more and more necessary. This added value to a property has proven a win/win for managers and residents alike.

To sign up for Project SAFE, please call Lucina Chavez at the AMA at 602.296.6213.
