The AMA believes that residents should be provided a safe place to live and raise a family. The Five STAR program offers extensive resources to make these goals possible with the added bonus of creating community building programs that extend beyond the apartment community itself.

The AMA offers low cost training programs that give managers, their team members and residents tools and resources to help keep crime off their property. With the focus of engaging everyone at the property the goal of opening up the community to its surrounding neighborhood programs is achieved!
