Apartment News - A monthly publication containing information on the AMA and other industry related topics. Every issue includes a listing of products and services offered by our Associate Members.

Rental Forms – Over 40 forms are available for purchase to assist you in managing your properties. In addition, the AMA Interactive Forms Subscription allows AMA regular members to type in resident and property information on all available lease forms and addendums and print as many copies of the completed form(s) as needed, right from your printer. The calendar year subscription is only $100.00 per property. This subscription is available only to AMA properties. Members can access and purchase forms or interactive forms subscriptions through the member area of this web site.

Legal Advice – AMA members can receive legal advice from AMA attorney members via email, telephone, or in person. The Legal Advice page under the Member menu explains contact instructions. Members must be logged in to the website to view the Member menu.

AMA Web Site - The AMA Web site includes resources for our members including membership & benefits information, product & services listings, the latest industry news, calendar of events and much more!

Insurance Programs

Comprehensive Property and Casualty Insurance Program for Members- The program offers exclusive discounts, coverage extensions and benefits to AMA member properties (with more substantial discounts to FIVE STAR PROGRAM-certified communities), owners and Associate members.

SCF Arizona Workers' Compensation Insurance - The SCF Arizona group program for AMA participating members provides a bonus divided based on AMA group premium/loss ratios. Click here to learn more.

Discount advertising for Independent owners - Owners with up to 49 rental units can take advantage of discounted advertising rates.

Membership List - Market to AMA members by purchasing a current membership list. Order forms can be obtained here and should be submitted to jolson@azama.org

Education - The AMA currently offers several educational courses to assist members with their professional development. Current course offerings include:

Government Affairs - The AMA has a long-standing presence at the Legislature and with county and municipal authorities. Association lobbyists work to keep the multi-housing industry healthy and strong by sponsoring and reviewing legislation that directly affects our membership.
